Led and completed an AI-powered ETL and data transformation copilot project between enterprise RMM platforms, utilizing C# and Python to analyze source and target schemas, automatically map fields, generate transformation logic, explain data mappings, and create ETL code to modernize and migrate existing automation workflows and multi-layered operational data into a scalable integration solution.
Developed an AI-assisted ETL transformation platform leveraging LLMs to accelerate migration and API transformation workflows across enterprise platforms including Kaseya, ServiceNow, BMS systems, and RMM environments, enabling intelligent schema analysis, automated transformation generation, and operational data normalization.
Managed the full Solution Engineering lifecycle including customer discovery, requirements gathering, solution architecture, technical documentation, AI solution positioning, and hands-on development while serving as the primary customer-facing technical lead throughout the engagement, aligning practical AI capabilities with customer business outcomes, automation initiatives, and scalable modernization strategies.
